One of the best perks of working as a freelance marketers is that we get to see the landscape of vendor tools and hear reviews from all our clients. Even with all that inside scoop we have never conceived of what it would take to put together a definitive guide of Marketing Automation solutions. So when Savvy Sister Stephanie ran across and shared this Guide to Marketing Automation Solutions from DemandGen Report we knew it had to be this weeks toolkit.
While the report stops short of actually rating them "a la Consumer Reports style" it does give relevant and timely information such as vertical focus, number of clients, announced enhancements and growth projections. If you are a CMO who is putting together an RFP list I can't imagine a more helpful tool!

One of the best all-in-one automated marketing tools out there is Infusionsoft, and it isn't included. Infusionsoft integrates CRM, eCommerce, and Email Marketing in one powerful software platform.
Just wanted to say - there are other options out there. :-)

Another platform well worth checking out is Leadformix, and it's not included in the rather short survey you mention here. I've been a Leadformix customer for almost two years now. You'll find Salesforce integration, social media connectivity, great email campaign capacity, landing page management, and a unique anonymous lead identification process that uses Jigsaw to grow your list as corporate people visit your websites.

Debbie and Gary - Thanks for the comments. As always we welcome more voices on any topic we cover. As I said in my opening a definitive guide is darn near impossible to compile on any given category so we appeciate your bringing other options to light.
