Savvy Toolkit - 100 Awesome Marketing Stats, Charts and Graphs

The folks at Hubspot have done it again! They have created another slideshow with great stats, graphs and charts that really punctuate what you have been trying to tell Scrooge for months. I suggest you randomly slip pages from this slide show into his desk drawers and padfolio over the next few weeks. It will be like being his Ghost of Lead Generation Past, Present and Future!
Some of my favorite stats to share are:
- In 2011 17% of the total marketing budget is spent on Social Media and the Company Blog. Up from 9% in 2009.
- Worldwide there are 34,000 Google Searches per second!
- 20% of monthly Google searches are for local businesses.
- Companies that blog have 434% more indexed pages and 97% more inbound links.
