The SavvyB2B Marketing blog is at its very heart a collaboration.  No one of the six of us can take more or less credit for its success.  We are truly all equal partners.  Perhaps hard to believe but I can't really remember one substantial disagreement in the almost 3 years we have been at this.  Once we got past the "whose in" point where we weeded out the less serious early potential "sisters" we were off and running.  There are lots of personality tests that would probably tell you we have just the right mix of INTP's vs ENTJ's on the Myers-Briggs test but really it was just a lot of compromise, figuring it out as we went along and playing to our strengths where they existed.

So this week we would like to do a mini course in collaboration because one of the questions I get most is "how do you guys work together long distance?"

Today for toolkit we are highlighting a recent infographic by Central Desktop on the 9 Types of Collaborators.  I am going to go ahead and out myself as a bit of a Socialite with Ringleader tendencies.  I have encouraged the other Sisters to discuss their collaboration styles in comments.

Then tomorrow we will share our favorite collaboration tools in Savvy Speaks and Thursday collection of "Best of" posts about collaboration that we have written in the past.
